Breakbeat Paradise have been on a serious spree of late, dropping regular releases with major quality behind them. This trend continues as they put together this self titled project from Lack Jemmon, consisting of four heaters. We begin with the catchy piano slices and vocal pinches of ‘Who’s Serious’, before landing on the super breaksy drum lines of ‘The Party Riddim’. Next up, ‘Would You?!’, with some more catchy vocal work and groovy rhythms before we finish up the project with a super electro rework entitled ‘Olly’s Heartbeat’. As a project, this one boasts some serious creativity, excellent work!

Coming straight out of Budapest, newschool breaks hero Lack Jemmon returns to the Breakbeat Paradise imprint with for an official remix compilation of ‘Joan Jelt’ which features additional vocal work from The Kurnel MC. Breakbeat Paradise have arranged a fantastic range of features for this one, including Basschimp and Bezwun who both come forward with an outstanding electro reworks. We also here very creative funk redesigns from Mr Bristow, Minded & Forest, Funkanizer and Liberty Chaps, as well a Jellyfunk all star mix which comes as an additionally attached freebie.

‘Bring Back the Funk’ is back, for Volume 4 of the series, and again, it doesn’t disappoint!!!
BBP boss man BadboE teams up with the legend that is Prosper (Dj) for a special BBP mix of their super funky track, ‘Bring That Back’!!!
Keeping the funky stuff going with some west coast laced beats, is Dj B-Side, followed by Lack Jemmon & The Kurnel MC, who join forces for some heavy beat, rhyme ripped dancefloor madness.
New boys on the scene Hebegebe and Brian Carson bring it with some old school rolling breaks, and Kibosh comes with his signature style of the cleanest funky bass, filled with an array of jazzy stabs.
Finishing the EP off, is Synoptix. Proper heaviness from this guy, that will keep your head nodding!!!
